Qualification Required: Mechanical Maintenance: Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a recognized University. Diploma holders from a recognized University / an institute of repute, in the above discipline, can also apply for the post of Jr. Manager. Project Engineering & Design & Development: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mining /Metallurgical / Production / Automobile Engineering from a recognized University with specialization in Mechanical /Structural design. Diploma holders from a recognized University / an institution of repute, in the above discipline, can also apply for the post of Dy. Manager. Personnel & Administration: Graduate in any discipline with Two years full time MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management from a Recognized University /Institution of repute approved by AICTE/UGC or Post Graduate Degree in Labour & Social Welfare or full time Two Years Diploma course in Personnel Management, M.A. in Sociology from a Recognized University /Institution of repute approved by UGC/AICTE. Degree in Law from a recognized university / institution of repute will be an added advantage. Materials Management: Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering, with Two Years full time Diploma in Materials Management from a Recognized University / educational Institution of repute, approved by AICTE/UGC or Two years full time MBA in Materials Management from a Recognized University / institution of repute, approved by AICTE / UGC or CA/ ICWA.
