(i) The candiCate should be 10th passed or equivalent from any recognized University/institute in India. (ii) Holding a valid heavy Motor Vehicle License for at least 3-year-old and the pSV badge issued by STA-Delhi {as per the criteria/ conditions applicable to the commercial driver for PSV for issuance "Authorization Cards" for HMV drivers), on the closing date. ln case any candidate do not possess PSV badge issued by STA, Delhi, he can procure the same within one month from the date of issuance of orders of posting and the agreement will only be executed with them after submission of the pSV badge issued by STA-Delhi.
