M.Sc (Physics) / M.Tech (Material Science /Solid State Electronic Materials/ Nanoscience & Technology) with min. 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or equivalent CGPA. Applicant must have minimum 60 % at Bachelors and Master degree level.
