Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL) invites applications for recruitment of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Research Associate (RA) in Hyderabad. Last date for application is 31st August 2016.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - 04
Educational Qualification: Metallurgy/Material Science: BE/B.Tech. with first division in any of the following branches along with NET/GATE qualification 1. Metallurgical Engineering. 2. Materials Science and Engineering 3. Materials Engineering 4. Materials Technology 5. Metallurgical and Materials Engineering OR M.Tech/ME. in any of the branches with first division at both BE/B.Tech. and ME/M.Tech. levels Desirable: Preference may be given to those who have M.Tech degree in one of the above branches. Physics: M.Sc. in Physics with first division along with NET/GATE qualification Desirable: Prior research experience in educational or R&D organization
Pay Scale:Rs. 25,000/-p.m. for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year
Age Limit:28 years.
Research Associate (RA) - 03
Educational Qualification: Metallurgy/Material Science: Ph.D. in any of the branches mentioned under Sl. No. 01. OR M.E./M.Tech. with first division in any of the branches mentioned under Sl No. 01 along with 03 years of research, teaching or design and development experience with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Index (SCI) journal. Desirable: Preference may be given to those having a Ph.D. degree. Physics: Ph.D. in Physics Desirable: Prior research experience in the field of materials science.
Pay Scale:Rs. 40,000/- p.m.
Age Limit:35 years.

Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D thesis may also apply. However, the Research Associateship shall be awarded only after the candidate has received the provisional certificate for Ph.D degree.
