(PB-3) Rs.15,600-39,100 + AGP Rs.6,000/- + Other allowances as admissible to DIAT (DU) employees.
(i) Ph.D. Degree with 60% marks at Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electronics Engg. with specialisations (a) Signal Processing/ Detection & Estimation Theory, (b) VLSI & Embedded Systems / Digital Electronics / Digital Communication / Communications & RF Systems. (ii) Three years post Ph.D experience in R&D / Academics/ Industry.
