Deputy Director (Development)
Educational Qualification:Post Graduate Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture/Plant Sciences (with working experience of plantation tree crops) from a recognized University or equivalent.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Age Limit:Not exceeding 45 years.

Deputy Director (Marketing)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture from a recognized University or equivalent. Desirable: (i) Experience in Market Development and organizing marketing surveys. (ii) Degree or P.G. Diploma in Marketing.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Age Limit:Not exceeding 45 years.

Field Officer
Educational Qualification:(i) Secondary School Leaving Certificate with a pass in the Certificate/ Diploma course in Agriculture/ Horticulture conducted by the Rural Institute/Horticulture or Agriculture Department or equivalent with 2 years experience in Agriculture/ Horticulture operations including supervision. (ii) Knowledge of the local language where the farm/ office is located.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Age Limit:Not exceeding 45 years.
