Personswith Post Graduate DiplomaIDegree in Personnel Managementor MBAwith specialization in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering from a recognized University or Institute will have an added advantage
The applicant should have at least five years' cumulative experience during the last ten years at a senior level in various aspects of Personnel/Human Resource Managementin an organizationof repute.
