Meteorology: i) First class M.Sc in Meteorology. ii) Ph.D in Meteorology. Desirable:- R&D Experience in Meteorology. Library Science: First class M.Lib.Sc. Desirable:- PhD in Library Science/ work experience in Professional Institutions in the field of Library Science.
