Proficient in the programming language R. Strong quantitative and statistical skills with a completed/ongoing Master’s degree (engineering, econometrics, public policy, energy studies, other related fields) or an exceptional Undergraduate degree. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to undertake thorough literature reviews. Good writing skills.
