Master’s degree, preferably in Public Policy / Development Studies / Economics / Education
6 years experience in program management, strategy and capacity building in the non-profit sector Experience in developing curriculums and capacity building program Experience in rural and social sector skills training, and experience of working in a research role / organization will be preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams, strong time and project management skills
