Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI) invites applications for recruitment of Senior Technical Assistant, Technician, Skipper, Bosun in Kochi. Last date for application is 27th March 2016.
Bosun - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) 12th Standard Pass or equivalent (ii) Possession of a Certificate of competency as Mate Fishing Vessel issued by the Mercantile Marine Department
Pay Scale:(PB-1) Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2800/-
Age Limit:18-30 years.
Skipper Grade-I - 01
Educational Qualification:(i) Matriculation or equivalent (ii) Certificate of competency as Skipper (iii) Five years practical experience on board fishing vessel after obtaining Mate Fishing Vessel Competency Certificate
Pay Scale:(PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Age Limit:18-40 years.
Technician (Motor Driver) - 02
Educational Qualification:(i) Matriculation pass qualification from a recognized Board (ii) Possession of a valid and appropriate Heavy duty driving license with badge from prescribed Govt. authority (the candidate will have to pass the practical skill test to be taken by an appropriate Committee of the Institute)
Pay Scale:(PB-1) Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2000/-
Age Limit:18-30 years.
Senior Technical Assistant (Programme Assistant-Computer) - 01
Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application Desirable Qualification: (i) Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application (ii) Two years’ experience in handling Agriculture based data (iii) Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking of Malayalam.
Pay Scale:(PB-2) Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Age Limit:18-30 years.
Senior Technical Assistant (Farm Manager) - 01
Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture Desirable Qualification: (i) Master’s Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture (ii) Two years’ experience in handling Agriculture based data (iii) Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking of Malayalam.
Pay Scale:(PB-2) Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Age Limit:18-30 years.
