Job Description: Central Electronics Limited (CEL) invites applications for recruitment of Inquiry Officer in Ghaziabad . Last date for application is 7th April 2017. Inquiry Officer (Retired Officer) Job Location: Ghaziabad Last Date: 7th April 2017 Number of Vacancy: Not Specified

Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000/- per case plus lumpsum conveyance allowance of Rs.5,000/-

Qualification Required: Candidates Should have Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Retired Officers having Master Degree and other Professional qualifications like Degree in Law, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, HR, Finance, Labour and Administrative Law will be given preference.

Experience Required: i) The retired officer should have experience in Vigilance & D&A matters as Class I/Group A officer in Central Government or in the grade of Additional General Manager in Central PSUs or equivalent grade of officers in the State Government and has the experience in conducting at least three Departmental Enquiries. ii) The retired officer should be conversant with disciplinary procedures, conduct rules of central government/ any PSU. iii) The retired officer should be conversant with legal process, Indian Evidence Act and HR matters.
