Professor
Educational Qualification: A Ph.D. Degree with minimum 55% marks at Master’s degree (MTM/MTA/MHM and / or allied subject) from an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management/ State Board of Technical Education/ Recognized University or an Institute run by Central Govt. / State Govt. /PSU. (50% for SC/ST/Physically & Visually Handicapped) or an equivalent grade in a point scale.
Pay Scale:Rs.37,400-67,000 + Grade Pay Rs.10,000/-
Age Limit:Maximum 50 years.

Associate Professor
Educational Qualification:(i) Good academic record with a Ph.D degree in the concerned/allied/ relevant disciplines. (ii) The Ph.D. degree shall be a mandatory qualification for all candidates to be appointment as Associate Professors through Direct recruitment. (iii) A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).
Pay Scale:Rs.37,400-67,000 + Grade Pay Rs.9,000/-
Age Limit:Maximum 50 years.

Assistant Professor
Educational Qualification:First Class Masters Degree in (MTM/MTA/MHM and / or allied subject) from an institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management/ Recognized University or an Institute run by Central Govt. / State Govt./ PSU. (50% for SC/ST/Physically & Visually Handicapped) or an equivalent grade in point scale. Desirable: 1 Hospitality or Hotel Industry experience in core areas like Food Production (Kitchen/Bakery)/ Food & Beverage Service/Housekeeping/Front Office. 2 Papers presented at conferences and/ or published in refereed journals.
Pay Scale:Rs.9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-
Age Limit:Maximum 50 years.

The women candidates of Haryana domicile are to pay 50% of the requisite fee irrespective of their category.
