Botanical Survey of India (BSI) invites applications for recruitment of Field Assistant, Junior Project Fellow, Research Associate-I in Kolkata. Last date for application is 27th May 2016.
Educational Qualification:Bachelor degree with Botany as a subject, from a recognized university. Desirable Experience: Field experience on plant collections, preservation etc. and knowledge of computer will be an added advantage. Candidates from Himalayan region will be given preference.
Pay Scale:Rs. 10,000/- per month
Age Limit:40 years as on 27.05.2016.
Educational Qualification:M.Sc. in Botany from a recognized university. Desirable Experience: Working experience in the Indian Himalayan Region. Knowledge in taxonomy and ecology. And knowledge in computer and GIS will be an added advantage. Candidates from Himalayan region will be given preference
Pay Scale:Rs. 16,000/- per month + admissible HRA as per rules.
Age Limit:28 years as on 27.05.2016.
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. in Botany from a recognized university. Desirable Experience: Prior work experience in the Indian Himalayan Region. Knowledge, experience and interest in taxonomy and ecology with publications in peer reviewed journals. Knowledge in computer and GIS will be an added advantage.
