Educational Qualification:Senior Engineer (SE): BE/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering AICTE approved/ recognized institute under UGC recognized University with minimum 60% aggregate marks.(First Class). Deputy Manager (DM): BE/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering AICTE approved/ recognized institute under UGC recognized University with minimum 60% aggregate marks. (First Class).
Pay Scale:Senior Engineer (SE): Rs.50000-3%-160000/- Per Month Deputy Manager (DM): Rs.60000-3%-180000/- Per Month
Age Limit:Senior Engineer (SE): 32 years (For PWD Candidates upper age limit will be 42 years). Deputy Manager (DM): 36 years ( For PWD Candidates upper age limit will be 46 years).

Security Officer
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Bachelors Degree in any discipline and ExDefence forces/ Paramilitary Personnel in rank of Captain or equivalent in Paramilitary Forces.
Pay Scale:Rs.40000-3%-140000/- Per Month.
Age Limit:32 years.

Contract Engineer (Electrical)
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed fulltime B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute. General / OBC candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks. The tenure of the post is three years from the date of joining. However, the same can be extended depending on the progress of the project, performance of the candidate and at the discretion of BEL.
Pay Scale:Rs.23000-27000/- Per Month.
Age Limit:25 years ( For PWD Candidates upper age limit will be 35 years).
