Educational Qualification:First Class Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information Science from a recognized University / Institution.
Pay Scale:Rs.43200-66000/- Per Month /51300-73000/- Per Month

Assistant General Manager (Company Secretariat)
Educational Qualification:Should be a Graduate and ACS qualified with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India. Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will be preferred.
Pay Scale:Rs.32900-58000/- Per Month
Age Limit:43 years.
Manager (Legal)
Educational Qualification:Three years full time graduation degree with LLB/ 5 years LLB from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with a Post Graduate Degree in Law (LLM) will be preferred.

Age Limit:37 years.
Manager (Learning & Development)
Educational Qualification:Graduate with First Class Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution. Degree in Law is desirable.

Manager (IR / ER)
