Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

Educational Qualification:Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) in the following subjects: OR Two years integrated Post Graduate Course of Regional Institute of Education of NCERT in the following subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms).

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

Educational Qualification:Three years Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and as well as in aggregate. OR Four years’ integrated degree course of Regional Institute of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and as well as in aggregate.

Primary Teacher (Music)

Educational Qualification:(i) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms). OR Intermediate or its equivalent with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/ institution’s norms) AND (ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Music or equivalent with a minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) from a recognized University. (iii) Proficiency in teaching in English Medium. Desirable: Working knowledge in Hindi.

Preparatory Teacher

Educational Qualification:(i) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms). OR Intermediate or its equivalent with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University /institution’s norms). (ii) Full time Diploma in ECCEd./NST/PPTT from a recognized institution with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms). (iii) English as a subject in class XII is mandatory. (iv) Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
