Candidates applying for the post of Law Officer-Cum-Junior Draftsman must possess a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution. However, the final year students of the Law degree course who are to appear for such final examination shall also be eligible to apply. Such candidates who are declared to have qualified by the Commission in the written competitive examination will have to produce original certificate / Mark-sheets of passing their degree examination issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of examination/Vice Chancellor of the concerned University which will only be accepted by the Commission on or before the date of Interview/Viva-voce. Without the original certificate/Mark sheet, they shall not be allowed to appear in the Viva-Voce.

Further, application form and Attendance sheet can also be typed out or downloaded from Commission's Office Website www.appsc.gov.in and it can be sent through a post enclosing required fee in the form of Demand Draft/IPO in favor of Secretary, Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Itanagar-791111.The envelope must prescribe on its body "Application form for the post of Law Officer-Cum-Junior Draftsman”.
