A Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institution with about 15 years experience in designing systems and construction of buildings, including their maintenance in a Government / SemiGovernment / University/International Organization. Out of the 15 years professional experience, at least 06 years should be at Assistant Engineer (Civil) in PB-2 + GP 4600/- level or above in a University/Government Institution/Department/Central or State Public Sector Undertaking/International Organization.
