As per UGC norms (JRF / SRF)
1. Masters in any Social Sciences or related discipline with at least 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grade. 2. Prior experience in research (methodologies, data collection techniques). 3. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software(s). Familiarity with any statistical software is desirable. 4. Should have good analytical skills and the ability to prepare reports. 5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
