Passed M.Sc. in Botany/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Bioscience/Life Science with at least 55% marks. Desirable: Knowledge of primer designing for PCR and cloning purposes; Protein purification from plants; recombinant protein expression and purification, SDS and native PAGE; and development of nanosensor.
