Scientist Grade-IV
Educational Qualification:M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering /Polymer Technology OR Ph.D. in above areas of engineering (Thesis submitted - subject to production of documentary proof). Desirable: Experience in development of smart materials or nano reinforced polymer science / technology/ energy materials/ fibre reinforced plastics/flame resistant plastics/ polymer foam or nano-fibres/nano particles /nano tubes reinforced polymer science / technology. Candidate Having hands-on expertise in preparation of polymer composites, synthesis of polymers their characterization and applications in practical problems, experience in prototype/product development/ technology innovation/applied technology
Pay Scale: Rs. 85,134/- Per Month
Age Limit: 32 years.

Senior Scientist Grade-IV
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. in Physics/ Applied Physics with 2 years experience. Desirable: The candidate should have proven proficiency in synthesis, characterization and development of radiation shielding materials. The candidate should also have experience in the area of industrial waste utilization like fly ash, red mud and brine sludge etc. for making value added materials, as evidenced by research publications in SCI journals and patents applications.
Pay Scale: Rs. 98,454/- Per Month
Age Limit:37 years.

Principal Scientist Grade-IV
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. in Physics/ Applied Physics with 3 years experience. Desirable: The candidate should have proven proficiency in synthesis, characterization and development of radiation shielding materials. The candidate should also have experience in the area of industrial waste utilization like fly ash, red mud and brine sludge etc. for making value added materials, as evidenced by research publications in SCI journals and patents applications with an exposure/experience to Know-How transfers in the relevant area. The candidate should also have experience/exposure to Industrial sponsored projects.
Pay Scale:Rs. 1,46,094/- Per Month
Age Limit:45 years.
