Education Required :

Essential : Departmental ICMR candidates and also candidates from other Central Government / State Government/Autonomous organizations/ PSUs' etc holding a post of Section Officer or equivalent in the pay band of Rs 9300-34800+grade pay 4600 (PB -2)on regular basis with 5 years regular service in the grade and who have passed the Cash and Accounts training Course from ISTM and or have relevant and adequate experience will be considered for the post. Desirable : Candidates having a University degree of Commerce and ten years experience of which at least 5 years is of a supervisory capacity in a Government/semi government /autonomous body etc. and those having accounts training/ISTM training, computer and accounting will be preferred .
