Candidate should have passed Bachelors degree with at least 6 years of working experience as PA/PS in The Pay Band -I of GP Rs 2800 including 1 year in the Pay Band-II of GP Rs 4200. Or Persons working as PA/PS in Pay Band -II with GP 4200 for at least 2 years are also eligible. Retired Person who have worked in a govt. Ministry/PSU/Autonomous Bodies/University etc as on analogous posts are also eligible.
