Candidate should have passed 1) Degree from a recognised University 2) 8 years experience as Section Officer OR in a supervisory post in the PB-2 pay scale of Rs.9300-34,800 with G.P 4800/- dealing with Personnel matters OR 5 years experience in a supervisory post in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34,800 with G.P. of Rs.5400/-. The pay scale/grade pay of substantive post would only be taken into account for deciding the eligibility for appointment/selection to a higher post on deputation basis. 3) Should also possess knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations Desirable : Experience in a responsible post dealing with administration/financial management.
