RuTAG is more like a missionary venture, therefore the candidate should be highly motivated for doing work for the rural society 4. The candidate should be innovative 5. The candidate should have proven track record of developing products and technologies 6. The candidate should have good practical skills such as manufacturing technologies 7. Candidate should be able to interact with NGOs and rural people in a very effective way 8. Candidate should be able to visit frequently to have interactions with various sections of people 9. Preferably should have good knowledge of computer (MS Office) and internet applications
