Education Required :

A Graduate Engineer from a reputed college with Mechanical Engineering / Air Conditioning systems specialization, to take charge of running various HVAC systems in various locations like convention centre, lecture theaters, institute auditoriums and other institute utilities which are provided with aircon systems. The incumbent will actively ensure proper running of the assigned HVAC facilities, ensure their timely maintenance and also optimize their performance to ensure lower operating costs within acceptable comfort levels. The person will also ensure maintenance of a very wide range of room ACs fitted by the institute in various offices and laboratories through vendors who are contracted for AMC. The person will also administer the booking and general upkeep of the facilities that will be placed under his charge.
