Candidates must qualify NET (CSIR/UGC/LS) or GATE. Candidates applying for SRF should have first or high second class B.Sc. and M.Sc degree in physics with minimum average of 55% marks in B.Sc.(Hons.) and M.Sc. Candidates must qualify NET (CSIR/UGC/LS) or GATE and two (2) years research experience. Candidates applying for RA should have a Ph. D. Degree in physics or materials Science
