1) Ph.D in Public Health/Demography/Statistics. 2) Five years experience in Public Health Research. 3) At least three publications in peer reviewed and indexed journals preferably in the area of non-communicable diseases. Desirable: Computer skills in statistical packages such as SPSS, Epi-Info.
