Rs.14,000-28,000/- + 20% HRA
1. M.Sc. Biotechnology / Microbiology with minimum 55% marks. 2. B.Sc Physics with minimum 55% marks. Candidates with hands-on experience in solar cell fabrication and characterization will be preferred. 3. M.Tech in Optoelectronics with minimum 55% marks. Candidates with hands-on experience with DSSC, Cell/ module fabrication & advanced characterization including Impedance techniques will be preferred. 4. BE Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical with minimum 55% marks Plus two years experience. Or M.Tech Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical with minimum 55% marks. Candidates with experience in Solar Cell/ Module Fabrication/ Characterization will be preferred. 5. M.Sc. Chemistry with minimum 55% marks.
