Walk-in-Interview will be held on 9th November 2016 at 9:00 AM at NISER, Library Building, P.O.- Jatni, District- Khurda, Odisha - 752050 Vacancy Circular No: NISER/LIB/Apprentice/Web-adv/1 Library Apprentices Job Location: Khurda Date of Interview: 9th November 2016 Number of Vacancy: 4 Posts
Rs.12,000/- per month
1. Candidates should have a degree in Library science (Bachelor of Lib. & Inf. Sc. (BLIS) or Master of Lib. & Inf. Sc. (MLIS)-2 Years integrated) from a recognized university/institute. (Passed out after Jan 2014). Candidates with MLIS degree having BLIS, the year of passing BLIS will be considered. Candidates not fulfilling the minimum eligibility will not be considered. 2. Candidates should not have already undergone any apprenticeship training. 3. Candidates should not have more than one year of work experience. 4. Science graduates with computer proficiency will be given preference.

Candidates fulfilling the above criteria may appear for a written test and walk-in interview for selection of Library Apprentices as per the above schedule. Candidates have to bring their Bio-data, original and self-attested copies of certificates, mark sheets of all examinations passed from matriculation onward and a passport size photograph. The number of apprenticeships may change as per the requirement of the institute.
