Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) invites applications for recruitment of Programme Manager, Programme Officer, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Finance Officer, Research Manager, Community Social Worker in Mumbai. Last date for application is 17th April 2016.
Programme Manager - 01
Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of working experience at managerial level in the related field of TB counselling services or HIV/AIDS counselling or Public health and other related fields. Previous experience in implementing community awareness programmes in the health field will be given priority.
Educational Qualification:Master in Public Health/ Master in Health Administration/Master of Social Work (Health & Mental Health or Public Health)/ M.A. (Counselling or Clinical Psychology). Desired Qualification: PhD. In any of the subjects above.
Pay Scale:Rs.70,000/- per month
Age Limit:as per rules.
Programme Officer - 01
Experience:Minimum 2-4 years of working experience at officer or state level coordinator in the related field of TB counselling services or HIV/AIDS or and Public health. Previous experience in implementing community awareness programmes in the health field will be given priority.
Educational Qualification:Master in Public Health/ Master in Health Administration/ Master of Social Work (Health & Mental Health or Public Health /M.A. Counselling or Clinical Psychology)
Pay Scale:Rs.40,000/- per month

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer - 01
Experience:2?4 years of working experience in field of Monitoring & Evaluation/ or TB Counselling services/ or HIV/AIDS and/or HIV/AIDS Counselling. High proficiency in MS Excel.
Educational Qualification:M.Sc. (Statistics/Mathematics)/ MPH/ MPS with strong analytical and report writing skills
Pay Scale:Rs.45,000/- per month

Finance Officer - 01
Experience:Preferably with knowledge of latest software in Finance & a minimum of 3-5 years experience in finance and accounting. Prior experience of handling large accounts is desirable.
Educational Qualification:Bachelors in Commerce/Masters in Commerce.
Pay Scale:Rs.35,000/- per month

Research Manager - 01
Experience:Minimum 3?5 years working experience in Research projects or in the field TB counselling or as independent researcher in health sector. Previous experience in community awareness programmes in the health field will be added advantage.
Educational Qualification:Master in Public Health/ Master in Health Administration/ Master of Social Work (Health & Mental Health or Public Health)/ M.A. (Counselling or Clinical Psychology). Desired Qualification: PhD. In any of the subjects above.

Community Social Worker - 11
Experience:Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the related field of TB-HIV community awareness services or and Public health.
Educational Qualification:Post graduate in Social Work (Health & Mental Health or Public Health or Community Organisation)/ M.A. (Counselling or Clinical Psychology)/ Master in Public Health/ Master in Health Administration.
Pay Scale:Rs.70,000/- per month
