1. B.Sc/ B.Tech in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Agricultures Life Science/ Home Science with the at least 2nd division from a recognized university. 2. M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Processing and Food Engineering Post-Harvest Engineering & Technology with minimum OCPA 6.0/10 or 60 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent. Desirable: Preference will be given to a candidate having working experience on related areas, exposure to basics of food quality analysis with working knowledge of analytical equipment and statistical analysis.
