  1. Executive Director/General Manager - HR

    Educational Qualification: The candidate should be a graduate having minimum 55% marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP in Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 20 years of post qualification work experience in the Human Resource Management. Degree in Law is desirable.

    Pay Scale:Rs.51300-3%-73000/- Per Month

  2. General Manager - R&D

    Educational Qualification:The candidate should have First class Masters degree in Physics/Electronics or M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical . He/she should have minimum 18 years of post qualification experience in R&D, preferably in Electronic Industry. Ph.D in continuation of post graduation will be preferred(This period shall be counted in experience).

    Pay Scale:Rs.51300-3%-73000/- Per Month

  3. Assistant General Manager/Chief Manager - HR

    Educational Qualification:The candidate should be a graduate having minimum 55% marks and MBA/PGDM/PGP in Human Resource with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 16 years of post qualification work experience in the Human Resource Management. Degree in Law is desirable. Post Qualification Experience will be 14 years for Chief Manager - HR.

  4. Assistant General Manager - Product Development

    Educational Qualification:The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in Electronics and Communication engineering. He/she should have 16 years of post qualification experience in the field of design and development of Safety equipments, understanding of regulatory and Industry standards preferably for safety electronic systems for railways. Candidates having experience of embedded system design and Bluetooth and GPRS based system design will be preferred.

  9. Senior Technical Manager - Production

    Educational Qualification: The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks. He/she should have minimum 12 years of post qualification experience and hands on experience on process improvement, six sigma and best quality practices etc. Desirable: Experience in solar module production line. Experience in the area of Solar/Renewable/Electrical Power in Government Organizations. Hands on experience of integration of various Solar Products, Technology and systems or solutions. MBA/PGDM/PGP in project management. The incumbent should be proficient in the use of Computers and IT Applications.
